# Tiers (fournisseurs, clients etc.)

L'onglet tiers fonctionne de la même manière que l'onglet "[utilisateur](https://app.gitbook.com/@bulbthings/s/tutorial-fr-version/~/drafts/-MfqyVRE52cgNRU-QX8Q/fonctionnalites-1/untitled)". La création d'une nouvelle fiche de tiers se fait en cliquant sur le bouton <img src="/files/-Mb61nAhipGzDreA0Iwu" alt="" data-size="line">.

Une fois que vous avez créé vos tiers (clients, fournisseurs etc.), vous pouvez les ajouter à vos contrats, programmes de maintenance, ordres de travail, commandes d'actifs, etc.

Si vous indiquez l'adresse électronique du fournisseur, elle sera utilisée pour envoyer des **notifications automatiques par email** à vos fournisseurs, par exemple pour confirmer un rendez-vous de maintenance ou pour une commande d'actif.
