# Télécharger une photo ou un document sur plusieurs actifs

Cette fonctionnalité s'applique bien sûr à vos fiches d'actifs, mais également à tout autre type de fiche, comme les fiches de personnes, prêts de matériel, ordre de travaux, contrats, etc.

Si vous avez une photo ou un document que vous souhaitez télécharger sur plusieurs actifs à la fois, vous pouvez afficher la vue tableau/colonnes de vos actifs comme indiqué ci-dessous :

Il faut d'abord **sélectionner les actifs concernés** en utilisant les cases à cocher de la première colonne du tableau.

Cliquez ensuite sur le bouton orange **Actions**, puis vous pourrez choisir **Télécharger une photo de profil** (pour mettre à jour la photo principale de l'actif) ou **Télécharger un document** (pour télécharger tout autre fichier utile sur plusieurs actifs).
